How to use equipment to improve the quality of carton printing?

    1. Processing of printing white spots
    Printing white spot is the most common and most difficult to eliminate quality problems in the production of corrugated cartons. The reasons are as follows:
(1)Paper ink absorption performance is poor
(2)To offset the dirty
(3)There are scraps of paper, dust, etc on the cardboard.
    Solution: one is manual change box; The second is to increase the frequency of manual version.

    2. Overprinter out of position processing
    Nowadays commodity packaging pays more and more attention to the artistic quality of design, stereo sense, make consumer feels the consummation that buys commodity from outside packing. To achieve this purpose, packaging printing must use multicolor printing - that is, multicolor overprinting.
    In the overprinting process, there is often a superposition of the back color and the front color or dislocation of the positioning position, resulting in the printing pattern can not reflect the design effect of the product packaging, or even a large diameter, damaged the image of the product.
    In view of this special problem, engineers after a period of in-depth field investigation and research, from electronic control reaction speed to mechanical tolerance accuracy, a detailed calculation, on the existing equipment for many improvements, at the same time to develop the relevant equipment maintenance measures.
(1)Improve the accuracy of printing plate drum phase positioning
(2)Timing lubrication and detection of transmission machinery
(3)Using suction paper feeding

    3. Bad treatment of ink on printing
    Inking bad in addition to paper problems, offset problems, in the equipment and the technical treatment of the inking roller.
    The inking roller adopts aniline roller. In high standard carton printing, the aniline roller with more than 250 lines is used. The mesh is easy to be blocked by ink residue, resulting in uneven inking, insufficient inking and shallow inking. The traditional method is to use clean water cleaning, no water scrubbing or cleaning agent scrubbing method, but the effect is not ideal, a new inking roller life is less than a month, the effect is obviously not as good as before.
    Through long-term trial and error, we feel that the following methods can effectively solve the problem of bad ink printing:
(1)Filter net is added in the ink barrel to prevent ink particles from entering the upper ink roller
(2)Regular (generally half a month) use roller deep cleaning agent for cleaning
(3)Every day at the end of work, clean the upper ink roller with clean water circulation, and check the mesh of the upper ink roller with a magnifying glass of 60 ~ 100 times.          There shall be no residue of ink residue, such as local residual ink residue, immediately scrub clean with deep cleaning agent
    Through the maintenance of the above points, the ink roller ink effect will always remain good.
