Preparation of bronzing

1. Material: the material that needs hot stamping, generally paper, or other materials, such as plastic, wood material, cloth, etc.

2. Aluminum oxide: also known as bronzing paper, gold foil paper. Anodized by the manufacturer to produce a variety of fixed colors, such as red, black, blue, purple, green, 
the same color system also has different effects, such as gold, dumb gold, light gold, champagne gold, there are also some special colors, such as quicksand, laser gold, etc..

3. Bronzing plate: we first need to engraving the designed text and text on the metal plate, and imprint the text and text content on the metal plate to the material that needs bronzing. In general, the materials of bronzing plate are zinc plate, magnesium plate and copper plate.

We can first imagine the process of the company seal: the engraved company name seal, the printing oil, forced onto the paper.

Then, bronzing can also be understood in this way: engraved bronzing plate is a seal, the use of anodized aluminum gold foil is printing oil, forced to cover the gold foil on the paper, completed the whole process of bronzing.

1. Like seals, bronzing plates need to be mirrored to engraving the content, so that the image on the paper is positive;

2. It is difficult to engrve too fine fonts on seals, and the same is true for bronzing plates. The fineness of small characters cannot reach the bronzing effect;

3 seals with radish and rubber engraving accuracy is different, bronzing is the same, the precision of copper engraving and zinc etching is different;

4. Different stroke thickness, different special paper, temperature and anodized aluminum material quality requirements are also different.
