13 common quality failures of heat transfer process, how many have you seen?

    1. The full version appears in the flower version
    Phenomenon: The full version of the partial appearance of spots, patterns. 
    Reason: ink viscosity is too low, scraper Angle is improper, ink drying temperature is insufficient, static electricity, etc. 
    Exclusion: improve viscosity, adjust scraper Angle, increase oven temperature, film back precoating electrostatic agent.

    2. Comet-like lines
    Phenomenon: Comet-like lines appear on one side of the pattern, often on white ink and along the edges of the pattern. 
    Reason: ink pigment particles larger, ink is not clean, high viscosity, static electricity, etc. 
    Exclusion: filter ink and remove scraper to reduce concentration; White ink can be pre-sharpened knife, film electrostatic treatment, with sharpened chopsticks in the scraper and plate scraping, or add electrostatic agent. 

    3. Bad color, exposed bottom
    Phenomenon: When several colors are superimposed, color deviation occurs, especially in the background color. 
    Reason: the machine itself precision is poor, there are fluctuations; Poor plate making; Improper expansion of the background color. 
    Exclusion: artificial registration using strobe light; Make a new plate; To enlarge or shrink a small part of a pattern under the influence of visual effects.

    4. Ink can not scrape
    Phenomenon: A mask appears on the printing film. 
    Reason: scraper fixed frame slack; The layout is not clean. 
    Exclude: re-adjust the scraper and fix the tool rest; Cleaning plate, when necessary with detergent cleaning; Install a reverse air supply between the plate and the scraper. 

    5. Color loss in printing
    Phenomenon: In the relatively large part of the pattern of color peeling phenomenon, especially in the printing glass, stainless steel pretreatment film is the most prone to this phenomenon. 
    Reason: the color layer on the processed film printing itself is more peeling; Static electricity; The color ink layer is thick and the drying is not sufficient. 
    Exclusion: Increase oven temperature, reduce speed. 

    6. Transfer fastness is poor
    Phenomenon: The color layer on the substrate is easily pulled off by the test tape. 
    Reason: from the glue or glue improper, mainly reflected in the glue and the substrate does not match. 
    Exclusion: replace the glue (can be prepared if necessary); Replace the back glue that matches the substrate.

    7. The sticky
    Phenomenon: When rewinding the ink layer peeling off, the sound is very big. 
    Reasons: the winding tension is too large, the ink drying is not complete, the sticker is too thick when checking, the indoor temperature and humidity is not good, static electricity, printing speed is too fast, etc. 
    Exclusion: reduce the winding tension, or reduce the printing speed properly, make the drying complete, control the indoor temperature and humidity, pre-coated electrostatic agent. 

    8. Spot
    Phenomenon: Irregular leakage of the bottom of the thin spot on the shallow net (similar to the point on the print). 
    Reason: The ink does not go up. 
    Exclusion: clean the layout, use electrostatic ink absorption roller, deepen the dot, adjust the scraper pressure, and reduce the ink viscosity properly without affecting other conditions. 

    9. Gold, silver and pearlescent appear orange peel-like ripples when printing
    Phenomenon: Gold, silver, pearlescent in a large area usually appear orange peel - like ripple phenomenon. 
    Reason: gold, silver, pearlescent itself particles are larger, can not be evenly dispersed in the ink plate, the formation of uneven density phenomenon. 
    Exclusion: the ink should be beaten before printing, and the ink should be put on the ink plate with a pump, and the plastic air pipe should be placed on the ink plate; Reduce the printing speed.
    10. Poor reproducibility of print hierarchy
    Phenomenon: The pattern with too large layer transition (such as 15%-100%) will often appear in the shallow network part of the printing phenomenon, in the dark part of the density is not enough phenomenon or in the middle part of the obvious depth of the junction. 
    Reason: dot transition range is too large, ink adhesion film ability is not good. 
    Exclusion: the use of electrostatic ink roller; In two pieces.  

    11. The gloss on the print is weak
    Phenomenon: The color of the printed product is lighter than the sample, especially when printing silver. 
    Reason: ink viscosity is too low. 
    Exclusion: Add the original ink to improve ink viscosity to the right amount. 

    12. White lettering with jagged edges
    Phenomenon: Jagged edges often appear at the edges of text with high whiteness requirements. 
    Reason: ink granule and pigment is not fine enough; The ink viscosity is low. 
    Exclusion: sharpening or adding additives; Adjust scraper Angle; Improve ink viscosity; Change electroengraving to laser plate. 

    13. Stainless steel pre-coated film coating is not uniform (coated with silicon)
    In the printing of stainless steel transfer film is usually carried out before the film pretreatment (coated with silicon), so that in the process of the transfer of ink layer peeling is not clean to solve the problem (the temperature above 145℃ when the ink layer peeling on the film is difficult). 
    Phenomena: There are striatum, filamentous and so on on the film. 
    Reason: temperature is not enough (silicon decomposition is not sufficient), the ratio of solvent is not appropriate. 
    Exclusion: Increase oven temperature to fixed height.
